Pats

February 12, 2012 10:36 am

O.K. It has been a week since the Super Bowl.  I know it did not turn out like the way we wanted it to.  I watching the game I have to ask since when is a forty yard throw down the field an intentional gorunding.  That my have started the way the game went.  I mean that safety is the two point difference in the game.  Other than the fact that when Brady needed his WR's catching the ball did not help either.  Having your number one weapon hurt does not help also, but I am not making an excuss for them, but the first play the Pats had did set up how the game went for the remainder of the game.

My Super Bowl Predictions

January 18, 2012 10:29 am

I would have to say that if New England can keep their momentum up & keep their defense motivated they have a good chance to make it to the Super Bowl. Ravens are fairly well rounded but their offense is alittle suspect. They are low scoring for the most part and cannot out score New England. Their defense is definately going to have to step up and pressure Tom Brady while maintaining coverage on Gronk, Welker, Hernandez, & Branch. New England in turn is going to have to stop the run game and put pressure on Flacco. New England definitely has the upper hand but the playoffs are anybody's game. Between San Fran & The Giants that is a tossup. Both are good teams but the short fall is the fact that San Fran has a stronger run defense as opposed to passing defense. The Giants are a majority passing offense. So some adjustments are going to have to be made. On the other hand San Fran is fairly good at adjustments and are not pushovers. My Favorites to win are New England & The Giants for the long awaited REMATCH!!!

Tired of Tebow

January 13, 2012 11:59 pm

I feel a little stupid about assuming the Steelers would beat the Broncos...unbelievable! I have no fear at all about this Denver game. The Pats lucked out completely. They ended up drawing the 12th best team in the play-offs. I can't wait for the Pats to kick the Broncos ass so I no longer have to hear about Tebow. I've never heard of a QB with such little NFL talent getting this much hype. Brady is the one who is 1 win away from tieing the record for play-off wins. Brady is the one with 3 Super Bowl rings, & Brady is the one who is going to win this game & put an end to all the Tebow talk, the Tebow songs, divine intervention, John 3:16, the halo over the stadium, and all the rest of it....and just get back to talking about the game on the football field!

Pats vs Steelers

January 8, 2012 12:05 am

Does anyone else have this awful feeling in the pit of their stomach that the Pats are heading for the same fate for the 3rd consecutive year? I was rooting hard for the Bungels to win today, because I'm having nightmares about what the Steelers could do to us. The only saving grace is that Big Ben will be gimping around on that bum ankle.
